Every freshly prepared dish subsists on high quality ingredients. This is why we are strongly mindful of where the components for our food come from. We are caring for quality and origin of all ingredients and are happy to support local vendors. Of course we gladly emphasize delicacies and regional products from Italy. There is no compromise when it comes to original olive oil, parmesan and other tasty types of cheese or meat products like mortadella. We are equally daintily when it comes to our wine list – we are offering our guests solely high quality wine from the best vineyards in Italy and Austria – each sip is pure gusto.
